The Nan Boothby Memorial Library provides a number of services, events, programs and more. It's one of the best places to enjoy as a family. Here's what you will find at the library.

Services

You will find plenty of services at the library including:

The services provide plenty of things to enjoy and plenty of research materials.

Exhibitions

The library often displays the world of Cochrane artists from contests and other events. Upcoming exhibits include:

  • Cochrane Art Club - March 31st to May 12th
  • Foothills Art Club - May 15th to June 30th
  • Wildcat Artists - July 2nd to August 15th
  • Cochrane Camera Club - September 20th to October 18th
  • Cochrane Art Club - October 20th to November 1th
  • Cochrane Quilters - November 18th to December 31st

If you enjoy local art, the library always has a good exhibition of art to enjoy.

Cost, House and Location

A library card costs $15 for adults, $5 for children age 123 to 17, $10 for students 18 and over, $10 for seniors and free for children with an adult card. A family library card is $20.

The library is open from 10am to 5-m on Monday, Friday and Saturday, from 10am to 8-m, Tuesday through Thursday and from 12pm to 5pm on Sunday. You can visit the Nan Boothby Memorial Library at 405 Railway Street West in Cochrane.
