House's Curb AppealCurb appeal is extremely important when selling your home. If you see a house that is unkempt and ugly on the outside, chances are you won’t want to even go inside. Here are some tips to help boost your curb appeal so you can get your house sold.

Clean the Siding

This is something that should be done once a year and if you have neglected to wash your siding for some time, then you could be stuck with a house that won’t sell. You can use soap and water to get rid of any grime, but if it’s not coming off quickly then you can use a pressure washer. Pressure washers are fairly inexpensive to rent or buy and they get the job done quickly. This can make you siding look new again and it’s definitely worth the work and expense.

The name says it all.

What better place to build a community than the sky high hills around Cochrane, far above the Bow Valley with commanding views of the mountains beyond.  Picture your family on the deck, enjoying a summer barbecue as the sun sets in the west.  The sky streaked with orange as night begins to close in and the stars begin to shine.

Sunset Ridge is north of Highway 1A, east of Highway 22 and next door to the historic Cochrane Ranche.  A master planned community by Melcor, this family-oriented neighbourhood is still in mid-build.  There are established homes in the five to eight year range and plenty of show homes for you to see which highlights some of the innovative styles offered by Southern Alberta builders.
