There are a lot of opportunities available with the seniors on the Bow Center. There are a lot of things you can do to help them in their day to day. Some of the more involved volunteer positions included instructing them on the computer, in language, cooking, and the arts. Some of the other great things you can do are helping set up the potlucks, bartend, or assist with decorating.

In Cochrane, you can find many of the artist Lewis Lavoie's influence. He created the process of a mural mosaic which is taking lots of smaller paintings and creating a larger painting. It’s amazing the amount of detail you have to pay attention to in order to create on large picture with lots of smaller ones. The artist truly had a unique vision when he first brought this type of art into being.
